On October 14, 2021, within the framework of the WINCOME project, in the hall of the Cultural Center of Amyntaio, an Information Day was organized by the Municipality of Amyntaio on the topic: “Marketing, promotion & extroversion of wine products”.
The purpose of the meeting was to inform the public about the actions and the expected benefits of the project, while the participants had the opportunity to be informed about the technical issues concerning the business proposals, etc.
The conference focused mainly on:
• the presentation of a comprehensive plan for sustainable tourism development and the management of Destinations of Areas with Vineyards and Wine Routes,
• in the strategic planning of the Vineyard and the Wine Tourism,
• in the presentation of Xinomavro as a multi-dynamic variety,
• in wine information: concepts, content, value, commerciality
• in Marketing, promotion & extroversion of wine products through gastronomic destinations. The case of Goumenissa,
• in the vineyard and gastronomy. Food & Wine pairing of international delicacies with local products and wines.
